The current subscription is £5, or £2 for juniors. Life membership is also available at £100. A membership form can be download from this link : GoSA Membership form. Alternatively it is available as a word document : GoSA Membership form - Word. By filling in a Gift Aid form the amount that the Guild receives can be increased at no extra cost to you if you are a tax payer. The form is available as a pdf from the following link : Charity_GAD_Multiple_Donations.pdf. Cheques should be made payable to "Guild of St Agatha" and forwarded to the membership secretary.
